Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in on-site construction, installation methods, and procedures of porch, patio, and screen enclosures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, scheduling coordinator and clients to meet project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage field staff, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that arise
- Train new employees and work out classes to be held at the office.
- Ensure installation crews properly maintain equipment as well as maintain inventory of the equiopment by communicating with the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Work with the crews to make sure they have all equipment needed for the day prior to heading out.
-Help make the company efficient with daily converations.
- Communicate all aspects of the day to day supervision to the office staff and all other management.
- Ensure that the crews are updating there daily logs and keeping the office informed.
- Implement OSHA standards and ensure a safe work environment for all personnel
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management, installation methods and procedures of porch, patio, and screen enclosures.
- Strong Knowledge of local building codes.
- Ability to read prints and engineering drawings.
- Valid Drivers License - no more than one moving viloation in the last three years.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry
Skills / Knowledge:
- Experienced (rough and/or finish) with (5) five plus years of experience iin the field.
- (5) five plus years measuring and laying out jobs
