Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing the daily operations of the front desk. This is a key role in our hotel, where you will oversee guest relations, manage the front desk staff, and ensure smooth operations.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback on online platforms
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
