General Function
The main objective to the Field Operations Manager is Account Retention. The Field Operations Manager Operations Manager must document, follow-up on and resolve any customer complaints. This position is also conducts periodic and proactive site inspections and communicates the results to the crews to maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
Specific duties include:
Receiving, documenting and resolving service-related calls from customers.
Scheduling, conducting, and documenting site inspections and notifying crews about the results of the inspections and customer feedback.
Maintaining day to day operational records through the use of and daily entry of activity and result reporting an online database.
Ensuring that crews follow and adhere to all policies and procedures outline by the company.
Participate in weekly Operations Meetings.
Identifying and selling Special Service work opportunities seen during on-site inspections and other customer contact.
