We are an online coaching company that specializes in helping Physical Therapy Students & New Grads who struggle with standardized tests pass their licensure exam and get their dream job.
We're hiring more appointment setters because we have more reachouts, warm leads, and sales calls than we can currently handle.
In the past 4 years - our company revenue growth has increased by *1000%* - and we’re helping more students PASS their exams and changing more lives than ever before.
So we’re looking for a new appointment setter who wants to be a part of our fast-growing sales team & culture.
About the Setter Role
You will be responsible for nurturing and building relationships with students who contact us and then setting any qualified leads onto our closer’s calendar to get started in our coaching program. This will be done through 2 primary methods:
- Messaging students who contact us via text, email, and our social media platforms
- FB messaging warm leads who request info about our programs
Job Details
- This is a full-time position
- No cold calling!
- Must be able to work from home (ability to travel to St. Pete, Florida periodically is a plus!)
- Monthly base salary $3200 $10 per call booked with profit-sharing bonuses possible after 90 days
- Benefits available include: health, vision, dental, 401K
- Earning potential is $50k-$60k/year with the opportunity for advancement into a 6-figure per year role, if you hit your marks

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar sales role
- Go-getter, results-oriented
- Experience nurturing relationships with potential clients
- Experience meeting sales related key performance indicators or metrics
