Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director to oversee our educational institution. The Director will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to ensure the success and growth of our organization. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation. Must have EEC Director cert.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to faculty, staff, and students
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student success
Qualifications:
- MUST be EEC Director Certified.
- Proven experience working in education administration, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
