Vroom vroom! QTI is partnering with a local car dealership to hire an Account for their Portage, WI location. The Accountant will assist in the collection and recording of data, maintain accurate records and submissions of the daily cash collected, and process invoices. They will be working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on multiple projects. This is a full time, temp-to-hire role paying $20-$28/hour based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Process, pay, scan, and enter vendor invoices
- Create and print paper checks
- Post electronic payments
- Count and record daily deposits
- Conduct daily bank reconciliation and cash forecast
- Conduct monthly company balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee and manage monthly budget books and associated schedules
- Create monthly financial statements
- Record journal entries/bank entries
- Work closely with the CFO on a variety of projects
- Associate’s degree in accounting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required
- Proficiency in Nitro PDF preferred
- Proficiency in SAGE preferred
- Previous experience providing financial support and analysis preferred
