About the position:

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to provide mechanical engineering support for various product line models and design configurations. You will:  

• Assist with the engineering and design of various basic to complex vehicle mechanical systems and control systems. Utilize traditional engineering techniques such as design, analysis, calculation, test, and evaluation.
• Investigate issues, establish root causes, and make adaptations/modifications to existing designs.
• Provide customer, field service, supplier, and factory support on engineering-related issues.
• Be responsible for product cost, reliability, warranty, and cost of operation impact decisions.
• Recommend changes in project direction in response to changing business requirements.
• Provide support to new product development teams.
• Keep manager informed of progress, changes, priorities, and project cost/schedule status.
• May have responsibility for small projects or major vehicle sub-systems lead inter-departmental teams, and present status updates to senior management.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Mechatronics Engineering. 
• 1 year of engineering experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, and carry out technical activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - Expected to be between $72,000 and $106,000 depending on the selected candidate’s background.
