About our team:
The National Accounts team works with the company’s highest volume accounts in a customer focused, fast-paced environment. This team is responsible for the coordination of sales between our representatives out in the field and our manufacturing facility.
About the position:
We’re looking for a Project Specialist to support the iWarehouse team within National Accounts. In this role, you will help coordinate national account telematics sales, with responsibilities that include:
Develops, implements and/or maintains assigned programs and/or systems for department. Plans, coordinates and conducts standard and non-standard projects. Responsible for interpreting policy and evaluating and modifying existing methods/processes as required and ensuring they are most cost effective.
Essential Duties:
- Manage various projects at once while effectively prioritizing, problem solving, and managing time
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to guide projects to completion
- Work very closely with several business sectors to ensure customer satisfaction at every phase of business (Accounting, Sales & Support Centers, Sales Representatives, Install Technicians, etc.)
- Handle full-cycle sales for customers, including:
- Providing quotes
- Ordering parts specific to customer requests and tracking shipments
- Reimbursing solution & support centers for installs
- Coordinating billing to our customer
- Facilitating contractual agreements
- Develops specifications, implements and maintains programs and/or systems to meet department needs.
- Reviews reports and/or data and provides analyses, summaries and resulting action plans.
- Plans, coordinates and/or conducts standard and non-standard projects or project segments.
- Exchanges information and resolves issues with multiple internal departments and/or outside organizations over a variety of program/project related issues.
- Provides leadership, support and advice to lower-level personnel (typically non-exempt) in order to successfully complete projects.
- Analyzes current practices/procedures and makes recommendations/decisions for change.
- Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Updates records as necessary.
About you:
- Three or more years of experience in a customer service or sales related role is strongly preferred
- Experience with Excel and CRM software is preferred
- Requires general business knowledge as would typically be acquired in a bachelor’s degree
About the total compensation package:
Salary - Salaries starting at from $52,125 per year
