We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and an eye for detail to fill our Retail Customer Service positions.
In our Retail Customer Service role individuals will have the thrilling opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our company by managing all customer engagement. The average day in the Retail Customer Service role will consist of a mix of qualifying customers for products and services, providing customer support, account management, and aiding in processing the sales of services.
Individuals will receive training and ongoing coaching to ensure they have the tools required to exceed expectations. You will also have a voice in the ongoing development of our go-to-market strategy - we find that the best suggestions for change come from the folks in the field!
Responsibilities:
- Connect and engage with target prospects using industry best practices
- Skillfully build interest and create qualified opportunities with new prospects
- Be an expert on our products and able to passionately explain our products and services
- Identify and qualify new customer acquisition opportunities through relationship building
- Keep up to date with our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects
- Handle order processing and follow up on orders
- Responsible for reaching your targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience (customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant)
- Strong oral and written skills, and detail-oriented
- Hunger to grow and learn while being a true team player
- Ability to keep up in a quickly-changing environment
- Competitive, fearless team player with a natural curiosity
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding company goals
- Be willing to learn, flexible (change is constant), and resourceful
