Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Receiving Lead, you will help drive productivity by motivating team members to achieve performance metrics. What You Get To Do Every Day
- Help oversee up to 15 receiving associates while focusing on training, productivity, and quality metrics
- Conduct necessary research to help solve challenging consignments and provide feedback to the appropriate teams
- Work closely with Authentication, Photography Leads on the inbound consignment process for VIP consignors and celebrity sales
- Assist with Client Services inquiries by providing consignment information to our Exceptions team
- Execute quality control efforts set by the company focusing on brand and condition standards
- Work closely with the Product Handling team to ensure all operating procedures are being properly followed
- Manage item inquiries from the field Sales team
- Contribute to a positive work environment focused on driving results and employee satisfaction
- Be heavily engaged with the team by using strong communication skills and creative ways to interact
- Coach to best practices in the moment and report to assistant manager any repeat non compliance
- Provide administrative support related to specific product channels
- Be consistently present on the receiving floor looking for areas of opportunity and motivating team to achieve productivity goals
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in ecommerce warehouse or production setting, achieving hourly quotas
- Strong leadership aptitude and a desire to grow into a management role
- Ability to work well independently, but lead by example in a team environment
- Outstanding oral and verbal communication; comfortability with cross functional communication
- Positive and encouraging demeanor with ability to motivate others
- Ability to read and understand KPIs and Looker reports
- Great time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail, highly motivated, and proactive
- Internal candidates must have positive KPI’s and productivity metrics
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite
- Leadership experience

The expected hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $22.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
