• Having sales experience is an advantage
• Have had the experience working in a customer centric environment

This is not a salaried position. However, you will have the opportunity to earn commission during your training! Your income after the training is also commission-based and provides UNLIMITED potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to identify their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Conduct property searches, schedule showings, and assist clients in touring potential homes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
• Facilitate the purchase process, including drafting and negotiating offers, coordinating inspections, and overseeing the closing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
