For the Corporate Office, we're looking for an A/P Clerk Miami, FL.
The A/P Clerk roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following list:
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable function including, but not limited to: vendor relations, reconciliation, optimization of processes, and month-end closing and reporting.
- Assist AP Specialist with monthly Draws
- File & maintain the Notice To Owners records
- Preparing Releases of Lien & log as needed
- Scanning as needed
- Assist AP Department w/ Mail
- Assist AP Specialist w/ Researching Invoices
- Assist AP Specialist w/ Getting Approvals
- Assist AP Specialist w/ Getting Backup
- Contact vendors for W-9’s, revised invoices etc….
- Review and reconcile statements received
- Assist Department & Others as needed
- Assist w/ Special Projects
