Direct Hire IT Manager
Location: Mentor, OH
Job Summary: We are seeking a Direct Hire IT Manager. In this position, you'll plan and oversee the maintenance of computer systems, servers, hardware, cloud services and networks. You'll develop and implement IT-related policies; with the Head of IT, establish and define an IT roadmap; monitor and analyze initiatives and projects; evaluate new IT technologies and tools; direct and assist with helpdesk activities; and oversee the annual IT budget.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency as it relates to the company's IT needs, collaborating with the leadership team. Eligible candidates should have a computer-related bachelor's degree and five years of IT related experience. Candidates should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
Requirements: We are seeking candidates who have 2 to 5 years of experience, excellent time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize for the success of the company. Experience with an ERP and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud backup solutions are essential.
