Our company helps retailers develop, evolve, and protect the programs that make the biggest impact for their facility spaces. We call it brand protection through facility renovation, maintenance and repair. We are a full service provider offering both construction and consulting services.

Responsibilities
– project set up and vendor assignment
– preparation of scopes/ estimates
– reviewing work orders
– material procurement
– data entry of purchase orders, invoicing
– vendor compliance and documentation
– vendor sourcing
Skills
– flexibility to oversee simultaneous projects
– ability to thrive in a tight deadline environment a must
– excellent written and verbal communication skills
– computer proficiency – Mac experience a plus
– typing 40 wpm
Education/ Experience
– Associate degree or higher
– Property management, construction or retail experience a plus
Salary Range – Entry Level
