Maintenance Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent management skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems - Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting operations - Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role - Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance - Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Proficient in HVAC systems, high voltage equipment, and other relevant technologies - Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities If you have a passion for maintaining and managing facilities while leading a team of dedicated professionals, we encourage you to apply for this position.
