An Assistant Branch Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with their responsibilities within their location while achieving the following standards:
Operating branch location in absence of Branch Manager
Detail-oriented while maintaining comprehensive view of location’s needs and functions
Developing and training career-minded team of 15 to 25 people
Firm understanding of DISC to build cohesive team
Promoting team atmosphere to aid in building success
Supporting role in assisting all management positions within the location
Assisting Branch manager with schedule needs for location
Managing customer situations for sales issues
Membership and Gold Membership growth year over year
Maintaining accurate inventory control
Growth and utilization of TRS.com
Safety and maintenance of the building and equipment
This position has the following physical requirements:
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds.
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
