What do we seek?
- 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR concept $3M .
- Proven experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), Burger concept experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to run high-volume locations with weekly sales between $30,000 and $75,000
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to train at one of our certified training stores for 4-12 weeks
