What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at The Restoration Hotel?
Front Desk Associate will report to the Front Desk Supervisors & Front Office Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year hotel experience, preferably in a four or five-diamond setting Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

The Front Desk Associate promptly greets and registers guests, assigns rooms, issues keys, and checks out guests. In addition to these primary duties, he/she makes room reservations, answers guest inquiries, provides local dining and entertainment recommendations.
Detail oriented with organizational skills
Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, correspondence and memos
Ability to provide highest level of customer service
Maintain professional appearance
- Must be people-oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed
- Ability to anticipate our guest's needs
- Ensure prompt, friendly and personalized service
- Accurately conducts and balances all cash handling and credit card processing activities Attend monthly staff meetings and training as required
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management
- Understand and be fully versed on hotel standards, procedures and guest confidentiality.
