Compensation:
$30,000 commission
Responsibilities:-
Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Assist The Reynolds Team Network with the continued communication to Met Buyers and Sellers to create long-term communication that delivers true value to our clients they would never want to give up

Develop relationships with our clients that help associates reach their specific and unique goals

Troubleshoot client challenges and help develop solutions

Identify buyer-seller timeframe needs

Provide exceptional customer service to requests received

Work with the Chief Communications Officer to ensure client satisfaction and increase conversion to sales

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Establish relationships with the clients as an essential partner for their success

Act as the voice of the Team Leaders; as the steward of the customer relationship, work cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and strong customer message is embedded in processes

Help drive customer strategy and maintain account direction working collaboratively with the Customer Success organization

Regularly searching for homes for buyers and sending market updates to sellers

Work with the Agent Sales team to support the sales process

Update and maintain the database with the most relevant details

Must be able to proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight
Qualifications:-
Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a role requiring communication by phone, email, and chat

Proven ability to combine communication and information to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations

Working knowledge of multiple technology systems, applications, and platforms

Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)

Proven track record of creating, sustaining and growing relationships

Effective in time management skills

Ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications: Real Estate industry experience
