What are the responsibilities and job description for the IOP Counselor position at The River IOP?
Our facility is looking to hire an IOP Counselor to facilitate a daytime IOP group. Candidates should be licensed in the state of Ohio with a minimum of a CDCA, LCDC II/LSW or higher preferred. Candidate should have strong computer and documentation skills and be experienced in facilitating outpatient groups, individual counseling, case management and completion of assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of the population and work with clients to achieve their treatment goals. Facilitate daily IOP group, develop and implement personalized individual treatment plans, meet with clients for individual sessions weekly, timely completion of all documentation for services. Paricipate in weekly clinical team meetings, report to clinical director.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
