Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that daily functions and procedures of warehouse run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor all facets of warehouse operations.
  • Oversee Shipping and Receiving
  • Fulfill orders, package items for shipment and arranging delivery pickups
  • Responsible for the loading and unloading of materials and products.
  • Verify the quantity of items received against invoices.
  • Maintain detailed shipping and receiving logs to account for all materials that enter and leave the warehouse.
  • Physically restock shelves.
  • Organize where and how materials are stored.
  • Create an efficient system and keep a clean warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Process orders or alert purchasing of inventory needs.
  • An eye for detail and an ability to problem solve.
  • Successfully manage day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
  • Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
  • Will be responsible for entering data into Radius operating system
  • Continuous learning and willingness to seek personal growth.
  • Complete paperwork accurately.
  • Perform inventories as needed.
  • Print and complete bills of lading and packing slips.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Forklift and/or Clamp truck experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Ability to operate a variety of tools
  • Basic math skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and data entry.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively.
  • Support SQF Certification and follow OSHA regulations.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneousl
  • Detail oriented.
  • Weekend work is required.
  • Understand the company’s organization systems.
  • Know inventory control systems.
