Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that daily functions and procedures of warehouse run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor all facets of warehouse operations.
- Oversee Shipping and Receiving
- Fulfill orders, package items for shipment and arranging delivery pickups
- Responsible for the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Verify the quantity of items received against invoices.
- Maintain detailed shipping and receiving logs to account for all materials that enter and leave the warehouse.
- Physically restock shelves.
- Organize where and how materials are stored.
- Create an efficient system and keep a clean warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Process orders or alert purchasing of inventory needs.
- An eye for detail and an ability to problem solve.
- Successfully manage day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
- Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
- Will be responsible for entering data into Radius operating system
- Continuous learning and willingness to seek personal growth.
- Complete paperwork accurately.
- Perform inventories as needed.
- Print and complete bills of lading and packing slips.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift and/or Clamp truck experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Ability to operate a variety of tools
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively.
- Support SQF Certification and follow OSHA regulations.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneousl

- Weekend work is required.
