Food Truck Operator

Overview: We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff. As a member of our food truck crew, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and delicious food to our customers. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve food items from the food truck menu - Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer orders and payments - Use basic math skills to calculate accurate totals and provide change to customers - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and promote additional menu items - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including regular cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and utensils - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Demonstrate culinary skills by preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards - Practice effective time management to ensure efficient service during peak periods - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the food truck Requirements: - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers - Proficiency in basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling - Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities - Culinary experience or a passion for cooking is a plus - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Effective time management abilities - Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required Join our team as Food Truck Staff and be part of an exciting culinary experience!
