Job Description
Department: Commercial
Reports to: Office Manager
Job Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator receives all telephone calls, texts, on-line chat and visitors with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answers all incoming calls for both Georgia office locations.
Delivers excellent customer service to all customers, vendors, subcontractors that visit the office and/or call on telephone.
Creates and maintains project files and associated support documentation.
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations in the corporate office, data entry, filing, creating reports, faxing/scanning/copying, delivering mail to other offices and postal facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Competencies
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products MUST be detail oriented and very organized Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time Strong verbal communication skills; customer service oriented Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Dependable and responsible Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug test
Education And Experience
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required
