Real Estate Sales

We’re seeking an outside sales representative to partner with our top-producing Real Estate Company to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! This position requires a Kansas Real Estate License.

$50,000 - $150,000 commission based

• Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points

• Communicate professionally, in person and over the phone, with clients and co-op agents
• Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into appointments and sales
• Conduct presentations to educate clients and generate signed agreements
• Script and role-play with team members daily

• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years in outside sales experience
• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required

• Must have or be working on a Kansas Real Estate license
