Housekeeping

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team-player, and a highly-organized professional.

• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Answer general questions from guests
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
