Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Prospect and cold call potential customers in the Metamora, Illinois area
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers and promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
- Follow up on leads and actively engage with potential customers to close sales
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics to management
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus
