At The Salty, our overnight dough cutters are key players in making sure our donuts look and taste amazing. They are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. Overnight dough cutters work diligently to cut, proof, and fry the majority of our fresh donuts each night.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience working overnight hours is a plus, but not required!
- Ability to work overnight shifts is a must, including weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with physically strenuous and repetitive tasks
- Excellent punctuality and reliable transportation to and from work
- An extreme attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and set priorities

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Calculate the number of donuts needed to be cut and fried daily based on given production totals
- Ensure counts are done throughout each shift to double check that accurate amounts of dough are being cut/proofed
- Relax, sheet, cut, proof, and fry yeast and cake donuts (we’ll show you how!)
- Communicate with kitchen lead(s) and dough mixers to cross check quality and production numbers
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, equipment, walls, and floors
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Executive Pastry Chef immediately
- Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times
- Other related responsibilities as assigned'
- Ability to work overnight shifts IE: 11 PM - 7 AM

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
