Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals, needs, and abilities.
- Conduct engaging and motivating one-on-one training sessions to maximize client results.
- Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Inspire, motivate, and empower clients to reach their full potential.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
What are We Looking For?
- Nationally recognized certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- Previous personal training experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop personalized fitness plans tailored to individual needs.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
