The Salvation Army Administrative Assistant (Full-time, 30 hours / wk) Honolulu, Hawaii
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant (30 hours / wk, M-F) is responsible for providing administrative support to ATS staff and departments.
Primary duties include :

- Answering telephones and screening calls
- Greeting guests
- Assisting the directors with day-to-day operations at ATS
- Faxing documents and distributing incoming mail
- Managing petty cash and recordkeeping
- Processing new hire and employee status changes in coordination with Divisional Headquarters
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
BA or equivalent experience in office and personnel management and administrative office experience
Skills :
- Secretarial and receptionist skills required
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations
- Effective interpersonal relationship skills with staff and clients
- Experience working with computers
