Cashier/Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting our products and services. Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers with troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless technology and electronics sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
