A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEMMER MANAGER OF ARCHITECTURE

As a member of the Schemmer leadership team, you play an integral part in the success of the division. Your main responsibilities include design management, project management, leading and developing your assigned team, as well as business development.   You will build and maintain strong community ties. Due to your exceptional design and management expertise, projects are completed within deadlines and according to plan. You're a great leader with excellent communication skills, which makes you a great fit for this position!

ABOUT YOU!

• You have at least 7 years of architectural experience
• You are a licensed architect, AIA or NCARB required
• You have demonstrated excellence related to aligning staff with project schedules, providing technical assistance, and working within budgets.
• Your ability to effectively communicate and stay organized keeps everything running smoothly.
• You are highly collaborative and able to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• You have knowledge of various computer programs associated with Architecture
• You are currently authorized to work in the United States
