Requirements
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (Must obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Valid AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (If you do not have one we can help!)
- Evidence of a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (We offer TB testing)
- Article 9 and Prevention and Support certifications (Must obtain within 90 days of employment)
- 6 months caregiving experience
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Reliable transportation (Pick up and drop off may be required depending on member's needs)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.A.
