What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Administrator position at The Service Company?
Our heavy duty truck repair company is in need of a Service Administrator for our Service Department. Potential team member needs to have a fantastic attitude, be willing to learn, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
A typical day would consist of the following:
- Preparing estimates and obtaining approvals
- Invoicing customers and collecting payments
- Assisting the Service Writer with phone calls, repair updates, etc.
- Service Department paperwork including warranty processing, Service Order status updates, timesheet corrections, etc.

You must have excellent customer skills to succeed at this position. Also applicant needs to be able to multitask and change direction on a project at a phone calls notice. This is not a job for steady personalities that likes to complete one task before moving to the next.
