The Inside Sales - Public Bid Liaison is responsible for driving leads to the sales team. They are measured by number of leads and dollar value of leads closed.
- Responsible for driving leads to the sales team
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all public lead opportunities
- Monitor Dodge for project leads
- Sherwin Williams products/systems specified
- Flooring
- Water/WasteWater
- Sherwin Williams products/systems specified
- Enter all leads into CRM (Salesforce) converting opportunity to sales rep
- Develop working relationships with Sales Representatives and partner to manage the status of project leads
- Track opportunity progress, revenue recognition and report results
- Provide information and answers to questions via email and phone calls from architects and general contractors on project leads and inquires
- Phone, email and live chat support
- Support Water/Wastewater lead generation
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales plan
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma and 2 years' Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
- Working knowledge of construction documentation - Understanding CSI
- General knowledge of Architects, General Contractors, Owners and Contractors
- Possesses and applies knowledge of coatings, especially in architectural specifications for new construction applications
- Excellent oral and written communication and a strong presence over the phone
- Strong active listening skills
- Track record of successful job performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/business field
- 3 years of business to business sales experience in the industrial flooring industry
- Functional PC and PC application skills
- Experience with Dodge platform
- Experience with Salesforce
- Focuses on results and performance
