What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the development and implementation of talent acquisition and selection strategies for our U.S. operations with emphasis on process improvement and utilization of sourcing solutions in alignment with Shyft's businesses and goals.
- Building and executing strategies to strengthen recruitment branding, enhance candidate experience, and build talent pipeline.
- Developing and leveraging partnerships with human resources teams, hiring managers, employees, referrals, active candidates, and passive leads to continually improve our recruitment efforts and identify and prioritize current and future talent acquisition needs.
- Developing diverse sourcing strategies to deliver a diverse slate of qualified candidates and to provide an outstanding candidate experience.
- Crafting and producing high quality tools and collateral to be used by leaders, human resources and employees.
- Developing metrics and methodologies to evaluate the impact of our approach and practices and to drive accountability.
- Responsible for the Applicant Tracking System strategy, including system enhancement and vendor management.
- Continually evaluating and improving end-to-end practices to align with leading practice and market trends.
- Manage the recruiting and advertising budget.
- Overseeing vendor relationships and work with outside recruitment agencies as necessary to ensure a qualified talent pipeline.
- Collaborating with Compensation Team and hiring managers to determine compensation package.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including OFCCP, and supporting ongoing reporting needs.
- Develop and facilitate recruiter/human resources training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of related experience with proven success in leading full cycle recruiting across an organization
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition in a fast paced, high growth environment with an organization that is decentralized or multi-unit
- Experience establishing metrics and methodologies to evaluate and improve upon TA approaches and practices
- Analytical with experience and comfort using data to make decisions
- Comfortable working remotely or office/remote hybrid with occasional travel to manufacturing operations across in the U.S.
- Must possess the ability to use Microsoft tools including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Experience working with leading talent acquisition software (LinkedIn Recruiter, emerging technologies, research tools, enterprise ATS platforms, etc.).
