Duties:
- Perform tasks such as deep cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Launder linens and towels
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas
- Trashing out Move Outs
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines when handling cleaning products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
