Job description

SALES QUOTATION ANALYST

The SoundSide Group, Inc., known for providing high quality IT solutions, seeks a Sales Quotation Analyst at the Plymouth, NC office. The SoundSide Group has been a rapidly growing full-service IT solutions integrator in Eastern North Carolina since 2000, delivering exceptional service at a reasonable price.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and process customer quotations.

· Responsible for answering inquiries, dealing with issues, and solving problems in a positive manner to ensure a superior level of customer experience.

· Ensure quote is technically compatible by communicating with other departments and staff to determine and clarify project requirements.

· Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely response.

· Maintain various data bases and project plans.

· Create purchase orders

· Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background, preferably in an Information Technology environment.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

· Sales quotation background a plus.

· Excellent communications, time management and organization skills.

· Must be patient, highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
