CSR/Production Position for Commercial Print and Promotional Products

This is a full time on site position, Monday through Friday. Below is a description of the position that we have available:

CSR/Production Position for Commercial Print and Promotional Products-National Business Solutions Provider

In this position, you will be working very closely with one of our Sales Reps to project manage projects in the Print and Promotional Product industry. Experience in the print and promotional product space is a plus for this position is a must. You will have the ability to quickly learn and ramp up into a new environment. We would prefer someone who is accustomed to working in a high-energy sales environment. This position will be located on-site with a large customer.

• Support to sales rep and customer while being onsite at the customer location.
• Ability to think creatively and work efficiently.
• Enjoy building good working relationships with suppliers and our customer.
• Initiate and present fun “now” swag ideas with input from customer and sales rep.
• Complete quotes, follow and document production for promo and print jobs.
• Communicate professionally with customer and suppliers on the phone and via email.
• Experience with print and/or promo production a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
