The Spa at West End is an award winning 23 year old Day Spa in the charming Historic West End District. We have the most amazing clients who deserve the best spa team to service them. And our spa team deserves a dynamic, seasoned general manager who is eager to develop individuals into their maximum potential while consistently meeting goals and milestones to grow the business.
SEEKING:
Our Spa Director is the general manager of the entire facility and oversees all staff productivity and client relations, with special attention to our monthly members. You will report directly to the owner, who is also hands on, but part time. Our perfect candidate has a proven track record of developing a team of professionals who meet and exceed daily and monthly goals. This long term position requires qualities of loyalty, dedication, professionalism, and leadership skills. Hospitality and kindness are the essence of who we are, however we are fierce and determined to excel in all that we do - being the #1 Spa in town requires that. Must work efficiently and able to multi-task at all times.
COMPENSATION PLAN:
Candidate will receive an opportunity to make MORE than a base salary, you'll enjoy bonus incentives upon meeting goals in three different categories. Bonuses will lead to another $10,000 to $15,000.
EXPERIENCE:
Prefer 10 years of related management work experience in the salon or spa industry, retail sales experience also preferred. Customer service, human resources and time management required.
SCHEDULE:
5 day work week, one day off during the weekdays. Always closed on Sundays.
