As the Director of Operations, you will be at the helm of this dynamic organization, shaping the future of home care delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence a dedicated team while contributing to the growth and success of both organizations.

We are looking for a Home Care Marketing/ or Operations Professional with experience in the Senior Care Market. Must be a leader who can drive business and create a collaborative company culture. Must be able to think critically, be detailed, organized, and able to work with little or no supervision.

Profit Share available, Stellar bonus structure, this is a great position for an experienced Home Care/ Senior Care/ Home Health Marketing professional who is ready to take that next step.

Staffing knowledge is a plus. This person must have knowledge of Home Care operations, in order to hire a staffing coordinator and train effectively.

The Director of Operations would run the location, with support from our corporate offices in San Diego, recruiting assistance, and staffing assistance, provided. Interviews and orientations will be completed by our director.

The director needs to be able to work with minimal supervision, be an aggressive financially driven marketing person.



Requirements


Responsibilities:

· Working with a Staffing Director to ensure client satisfaction

· Conducting Client assessments

· Marketing to skilled care, assisted living, home health and Hospice Agencies to drive home care client base

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives

· Solid understanding of Home Care management principles and practices.
