The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our client's team of salespeople in their day-to-day operations in Houston, Texas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the sales team by reviewing their CRM leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to meet sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Will work with all appropriate resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Other Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Project Management, Support/Service teams and Professional Services) to support customer interests in the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Works on significant and unique issues where current best practices may not exist in the market.
- Develops and implements saleable solutions to complex problems.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
- Manage the sales team by reviewing their CRM leads and opportunities.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology solutions industry.
- 5 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
