Responsibilities:
- Willing to speak with clients to collect confidential client information.
- Estimate client rating based on client information.
- Help determine and submit necessary paperwork the company’s underwriter may require (i.e., Specific forms, cover letters, etc.)
- Analyze in-force policies using specialized excel spreadsheets.
- Request quotes, run illustrations, and update terms with insurance carriers.
- Maintain communication with carrier underwriters throughout entire process.
- Track each case and follow through to completion.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the life insurance field.
- Current life insurance license or willing to obtain.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
- Solid organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines for multiple agents.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Flexibility with the changing needs of a fast-growing company.
- Ability to build positive relationships and partnerships with clients, carriers, and key role-players.
- Proficient in Office 365 and basic computer skills.
Work Hours: Flexible days and hours. Mostly about 9-5. Some employees come earlier and/or stay later and take off time as needed for vacation or appointments. Occasional work from home possibility with approval.
Pay Rate: $16-30hr DOE
