BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Workweek is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
SPECIAL NOTES
Applicants with the following experience is preferred.
Three (3) years of administrative assistant work experience
Two (2) years of experience in customer service
Three (3) years of experience working with computer software programs in a Windows operating environment
Experience in planning travel requests and reimbursements
Experience in personnel
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of office procedures and practices; principles and techniques of effective communication; methods of data collection; basic arithmetic; ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures; deal with the public in a tactful and courteous manner; perform basic arithmetical calculations; work independently; utilize problem-solving techniques, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments; communicate effectively; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
