JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Business Technology Analyst II – Operations Review Specialist position in the General Tax Administration Program (GTA), Business Technology Office, Payment and Fund Distribution Unit. The incumbent provides assistance with the development of operating systems for GTA, conducts requirements gathering sessions with business processes documents the requirements in the form of written specifications, works with programmers to develop systems requirements, conducts testing on system changes, conducts training on these changes, and provides additional support as needed. The incumbent also provides support to Payment Processing, Distributions, .NET web applications, the Clerk of Court Red-Light Camera, and Medicaid Remittance E-Portal applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• One year of experience working in computer programming, systems analysis, business analysis, data analysis, technical writing, providing systems support, or experience working in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).

PREFERENCES:

• Experience working in tax administration.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,466.90 monthly/$53,602.80 annually.
