ENTERPRISE SUPPORT DIRECTOR-SES

In this position you will make an impact within the Office of the Secretary responsible for the management and oversight of executive-level support services.
Salary: $90,000.00 annually / $3,461.54 bi-weekly

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience.
- Experience managing or supervising a team or program.
- Experience preparing reports and executive briefing documents for executive leadership.
- Experience developing coordinated responses with multiple Department programs and/or other state agencies.
- Experience monitoring and assigning priority programs and projects.
- Experience analyzing and managing data.
- Experience operating in an executive office setting.
Preferences:
- Five or more years of supervisory experience.
- Strong data analysis experience.
- Program management experience.
- Experience in conflict resolution, to include solving complex problems cooperatively through interpersonal communication with employees, partners, or the public.
