This position works in Florida as a Data Administration Analyst.
This is a headquarters position based in Tallahassee that will be able to telework from any location within the state of FL with the approval of Division and Agency Leadership.

Job Description:
The employee must be productive under tight timeframes, balance multiple and competing priorities and maintain goal-directed behavior and performance sometimes under stressful conditions. The employee must interact courteously with others. The employee’s performance and behavior must demonstrate consideration of the workload concerns of others and must not negatively affect productivity and morale of the unit. Attendance is an essential function of this position.
This position is a moderately to highly independent and deals with complex technical work for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).
The following is a list of duties:
Operations
- Maintains current knowledge of the Department’s hardware, software, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Follows the standard implementation of policies, procedures, best practices, and systems operations.
- Assists in writing and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation and operating procedures for supported offices, networks, hardware, software, and applications.
Work Assignments
- Performs computer imaging, configuration, and user setup.
- Performs Active Directory and Microsoft 365 specified duties.
- Installs/Troubleshoots computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
- Assists with installing, evaluating, and troubleshoot/or testing, Microsoft 365 or Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) packages.
- Actively participates in meetings and special projects.
- Monitors the Service Desk application and takes action on Incidents/Service Requests.
- Analyzes and assists to resolve network related issues.
- Supports network, hardware, and software/applications for the Division’s offices located throughout the state.
- Completes tasks in a timely manner to ensure staff have the necessary access to the Division’s IT resources.
- Assists with security related tasks.
Performs other duties as required, assigned, or delegated.

Background Screening Requirement:
