JOB SUMMARY:

Information Services Program is seeking a qualified IT professional on the Endpoint team in the role of Systems Programmer II. This is a mission critical position that provides technical assistance for the Department's Windows PC infrastructure. The incumbent will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of all Window desktop OS's; project management and planning; monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues; maintaining CMDB; participating in disaster recovery exercises; maintaining Windows OS image.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Six years of work-related experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and problem solving for enterprise level computers.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• A college degree can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

PREFERENCES:

• Microsoft operating systems (workstation and server) experience
• Microsoft SCCM Administration experience
• Microsoft Intune experience
• BitLocker experience
• Viewfinity CyberArk experience
• Windows Imaging experience
• Active Directory experience

SPECIAL NOTES:

• This position is located in Tallahassee and is eligible for part time telework.
• Skills Verification Tests and Interviews will be conducted on site for this position.

SALARY: The tentative salary for this position is $54,370.56 annually.
