What you will do:
The Office of Quality and Innovation serves as the catalyst for ensuring high levels of performance across the state to support a strong workforce and positive outcomes for Florida families. The office seeks collaborative, action-focused, and transparent professionals dedicated to putting quality at the center of serving families.
This position will coordinate and support the critical reasoning and simulation components of the statewide Florida Academy for Child Protection and Family Resiliency (The Academy) through recruiting, training, and scheduling Sim Players and spaces for the Department and its contracted partners. This position will also establish and cultivate college, university, and public service organizations to locate and prepare simulation spaces.
Providing First Level contact and resolution for all trainers and leadership in The Academy. Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits, using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
Scheduling and coordinating logistics for actors and users, ensuring accessibility, usability, and functionality for learning opportunities. Facilitating and participating in curriculum review committees with other program training managers or coordinators, to collaborate about the wellness needs of training across program areas and the Department. Act as a liaison between Department master trainers and community partners to provide internal support and ensure accurate problem interpretation. Maintain communications with all parties during the problem resolution process.
