JOB TITLE : Finance Coordinator
JOB TYPE : Full-Time
LOCATION : Custer County (Arapaho, OK)
SALARY : Depending upon experience
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Finance Coordinator will work closely with the District Attorney to manage the finances of the district, as well as effectively communicate with staff throughout the district, the District Attorneys Council, and other local and state agencies.
There will be on-the-job training as well as yearly state training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the District Attorney to create and maintain the district budget, perform human resource / payroll duties, perform accounts payable tasks, report grant funding, and maintain and reconcile all state and local accounts.
