Hello, I'm Carson Eilers, CEO of Original Ventures. I am personally writing this job description. Why? Because you are going to have to work with me and all my imperfections day in and day out in a position where the work is never done and you have to fall in love with the chaos. It takes a special person to even think they can conquer this role. It's not for the faint at heart. Before I tell you about this role and the responsibilities I'd like you to read through the company description.
You should do your research. Google me, our companies, etc. You will likely find that we have created an environment many companies strive for yet only the strong and committed can create. You'll tap into a vast library of books, events, and high-level training that would cost hundreds of thousands to acquire. If you are a seeker of knowledge you will be in heaven. If you are not, well, you won't make it here. We are all about getting better every day in every area of life.

You will be in every meeting with myself and the team leaders, assisting us in executing our project management, strategic planning, and various other projects that will be spontaneous and sometimes critical.
As much as this attracts visionary personalities, and as much as I LOVE working with visionaries, there is a quality you must have that many visionaries don't have and that is a mindset for process and an eye for detail.
